SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Bk-ink Ltd reserves the right to change or discontinue designs, styles, colors, sizes or fabrics.

BK-ink Ltd will not be responsible for non-delivery, loss or damage during shipment. All freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be filed with carrier.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from BK-ink Ltd.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at customer expense.

Returns/claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of order.

Only merchandise that has not been damaged by not following care instructions is returnable. (ie: garment faulty/defective). Please check order upon receipt for defects.
